1. To connect to your service via SFTP, first login to our control panel.
2. Click on your server, then click "settings".
3. From there, you will find the SFTP address and your SFTP username - take note of both. Your SFTP password is the same as the one you use to login to the panel.
4. If you haven't already, download a FTP client, such as CoreFTP, Filezilla, or WinSCP. Ensure when connecting that you use the SFTP protocol (port 2022) and not the FTP protocol (port 21).
